Paul Henderson, founder and CEO of Bartr Group, presented the teams’ vision for the financialization of global connectivity markets to a group of 40 private and institutional investors at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, the US-based global law firm in Mayfair, London, UK.

The document, entitled Bartr Group Declaration of Intent, outlines the need for a paradigm shift in global network operations management and the roadmap towards the financialization and democratization of global telecommunications markets, and beyond.
